Secret Spot

I found a spot on Karachi that anyone else has yet to find...
At least I haven't seen it on YouTube or through friends.

MWII players know what Karachi is...hopefully.

forever young

jay-z

let us die young or live forever
we don't have the power but we never say never

...

fear not when, fear not why, fear not much while we're alive
life is for living, not living uptight, see ya somewhere in the sky
fear not die, i'll be alive for a million years, bye bye
so not for legends, i'm forever young, my name shall survive

I'll let the pictures do the talking.

Live, love, laugh.
How else do you live life?

Enjoy the pictures, 'cause they're worth more than any words I'll ever say.

Eaton Canyon "Field Trip" with my Biology class was fun. We only hiked up halfway to under the bridge, as we didn't have enough time to hike further.

Thanksgiving Holiday weekend was fun. Time spent with family and friends really made me realize how much I've been missing out on little things between each of them and thankful for having them. As for black friday shopping, it was all done behind my laptop. I bought a 23'' Widescreen HD LCD Monitor, 640gb HDD, and MW2.

Traditional First Year Anniversary Gifts-

Sunday, November 8, 2009 was my one year anniversary with Sara. I had a blast and so did she. I've always wanted to take her to Wurstküche, a german sausage place in Downtown, and we finally got the chance to go on Sunday. So we ate there for lunch. I got the filipino sausage and chicken & apple spices sausage. Sara got Rattlesnake & Rabbit sausage. So yummy. Their fries are to die for. Check it out, I really recommend it. The restaurant atmosphere is different than what a normal person our age would not expect. I really enjoy just chilling there as the music, people, waiters, are all real chill. Plus, the fact that it's smack-dab in the middle of the Arts District really makes your time there enjoyable.

After eating lunch, we went to the Griffith Observatory. The fact that admission is free to the public was more than enough motivation for us to park downhill and make the walk to the top. It's really a sight to behold. It's a mansion on top of a mountain. When you get up there, there's a bunch of exhibits that also include guides, which are free as well. Too awesome. Sara and I walked around, climbed to the top of the observatory and enjoyed whatever view the Los Angeles smog allowed us to.

After the Observatory, we went home, took a nap, and then went to The Melting Pot for dinner. It was my first time eating Fondue and I really enjoyed it. Expensive, but good.

Halloween weekend was spent with the girlfriend on a little cruise ship called Carnival Paradise. We went to Ensenada, then spent a day out at sea. It was real fun. GRUB GRUB GRUB, and alcohol! Last time I went on a cruise was when I was younger than 18 so I couldn't drink shit but this time, whoooo I enjoyed drinking legally!

Dos Equis in Mexico > Dos Equis in the States.
Bud Light in Mexico > Bud Lights in the States.
Margaritas in Mexico > Margaritas in the States.

I'll never forget this bomb ass weekend. My dad took my D40 on his trip to asia so I didn't get to bring a camera to the cruise, so I'll be posting up pictures my girlfriend and her cousins took on the trip.

Enjoy (pictures are in no particular order)-

Pollution in China - Amazing Pictures:
http://www.chinahush.com/2009/10/21/amazing-pictures-pollution-in-china/

Let me tell you how my night ended. After two shitty games at bowling, I went to Denny's for a pick-me-up, they have this AWESOME drink called Island Fizz. It's an instant happy. Everytime I need a pick me up, that's a drink I look for. Anyway, I really needed one and I went to get one...

I took it to-go and put it in my cupholder and drove away. On the way home a cat ran across the road, I hit the brakes and almost hit it. I came home, picked up the cup from my cupholder, wondering why the fuck it felt so empty. Well, because it fucking was. I guess the styrofoam got a hole in it when I hit the brakes, and all the Island Fizz was now floating in my two circle cupholders. I was so fucking pissed. I needed that drink and I only had one sip of it. :(

Anyway, today I grabbed some chipotle with Sara. I got a burrito in a bowl!
It was the best idea I've ever had.

After Chipotle, Sara and I went home and fell into a food coma. I had to get up from my nap earlier than I wished because my dog got outside of the backyard, AGAIN. After I finally got her back in and made sure she couldn't get out, I hurried up and got ready for the DriveAccord meet. I was already an hour late and it took me another hour to get there. I made it just in time for pictures and I got to check out some other members' cars and their progress. It made me feel like I'm laggin the work on my car (...'cause I am LOL).

iPhone pics, I'll get some real pics up later.

Everyone took turns leaving so I just left when the last couple of people were getting ready to leave. I went home and got ready for a night at the cornfields! If Laisa ever gets the one picture we took, I'll post it up here. It's a picture of us in front of the entrance to the 5-acre cornfield maze. It was pretty fun getting lost and scaring other people. Kevin even jumped the fence to go to the other attraction, but sorta got "caught".

We went home after the cornfields, and I went bowling with some others that didn't go to the cornfields. After that, you know what happens.
